ITINERARY:

Day 1: JKIA- Nairobi Hotel

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be received by one of our office representatives and a professional driver-guide who will introduce you to Kenya and explain your safari in detail before being driven to Nairobi Hotel for your overnight stay. There, you will await the kickoff of your 12-day magical safari within the exotic bushes of Kenya and Tanzania.


Day 2: Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast at the Hotel, you will be picked by our professional, well-experienced guide and driven to Lake Elementaita. It is a lake located between Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru in the Rift Valley of Kenya. The salt lake is known for its rich avifauna, including huge concentrations of greater and lesser flamingos. You will arrive in good time, check in at Sentrim Elementaita, go for the game drives, and bird-watching, and enjoy the great fascinating activities along the lake. In the evening you will go back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve Full-Day Adventure

You'll have breakfast and head to the reserve with your packed lunch for a full day of wildlife viewing. You will have a chance to explore the reserve and spot abundant wildlife. If you visit between July and August, you will be able to witness the great wildebeest migration, spotting thousands of wildebeests, gazelles, and zebras making their way toward the Serengeti. You will have a picnic lunch along the Mara River and then proceed with another game drive. You'll return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 4: Final Lapse at Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you will have a full-day game drive, with packed lunch provided. The reserve is well known for its black-manned lion, as well as its abundant resident wildlife. It's one of the few places where it's possible to see the Big Five during a morning's game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame they seek shelter from the hot sun under one's vehicle and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey. For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded: among these 16 species of eagle, plus many hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks 4 of bustard (including the Kori bustard, the world's heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sunbirds.


Day 5: Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru National Park

You'll have an early morning breakfast. After breakfast, you will check out and have a game drive en route. After exiting the park, there will be a one-hour visit to the Masai village, which will give you a chance to interact with the Masai and get a glimpse into their culture and unique way of life and see some of their customs and practices first-hand. Afterward, you will leave Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru National Park, where you will arrive in time for lunch. You'll check in at the hotel and have lunch. Later in the afternoon, you'll enjoy game drives in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park boasts an abundance of wildlife and spectacular landscapes. Think of black and white rhinos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hippos occupying euphorbia forests, acacia woodlands, savannah grasslands, and rocky escarpments around a shallow, alkaline lake. Later, you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 6: Lake Nakuru-Amboseli National Park

You'll have an early morning breakfast, check out, and leave Lake Nakuru for Amboseli National Park, which is a 5-hour drive. There will be a stop to view the incredible Rift Valley scenery as you proceed to Amboseli. You will arrive in time for lunch, check in at the hotel, and have lunch. After relaxation, you'll proceed for an afternoon game drive. Amboseli is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape above the open plains. Amboseli is also one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here, ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli to wetlands with sulfur springs, the savannah, and woodlands. You will return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 7: Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, you will spend the full day in Amboseli National Park enjoying the best this area has to offer. You will have the opportunity to view Mt. Kilimanjaro and go on an optional tour of a Maasai village to learn about their traditional way of life. Your meals and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.


Day 8: Amboseli -Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you'll have your morning game drive en route Tanzania, to start exploring the greater Tanzania exotic bushes from Tarangire National Park. This park is famous for the thousands of elephants that come down to the park during the dry season in search of water, but there are also plenty of wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, buffalos, and hippos. In the evening, you will be driven to Elewana Tarangire Treetops, where you can relax at the swimming pool, have dinner, and have an overnight stay.


Day 9: Tarangire -Ngorongoro Crater

Early morning after breakfast, you will depart for Ngorongoro Crater. When you first see Ngorongoro Crater, it looks like a forgotten world. You will have an opportunity to spot the endangered black rhino and large families of lions. The crater was created when a large volcano exploded and collapsed in on itself two to three million years ago. It is famous for both its geological delights and for being a natural reserve that is home to some of the densest large mammal populations in the whole of the African continent. The drive down into the crater is an adventure in itself and when you reach the crater floor, you quickly find yourself amongst large numbers of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and more than 500 bird species. The crater provides you with the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhinos, which can sometimes be spotted in the open grass.


Day 10: Final Lapse at Ngorongoro Crater, Arusha Region

After an early breakfast, you will descend into the crater at 6:15 am. The journey aims to find the black rhinos. Rhinos are the hardest to spot in this beautiful crater. However, most animals will be easier to spot on the crater floor. After lunch, you will do a game drive, ascend the crater, and return to the lodge.



Day 11: Ngorongoro-Ndutu

After breakfast at Ngorongoro Crater, you will depart to Ndutu, famous for the great migration, specifically the calving season from December to March. This natural phenomenon attracts thousands of wildebeests and zebras, followed by predators, offering spectacular wildlife viewing opportunities. You will arrive in time check in at Ndutu Safari Lodge, and then go for the game drives.

Day 12: Ndutu-Serengeti National Park

After breakfast at Ndutu, you will depart with a game drive to Serengeti National Park, a park known for its endless plains of savannah and forest landscapes. It covers an area of ​​about 30,000 km2 in the north of Tanzania and Kenya, of which 80% is located in Tanzania. The park is famous for the migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and followers and thousands of predators moving because of the drought in the northern hills to the southern plains. After therains in mid-April, they detour through the western part. At the end of the afternoon, you'll arrive at Serengeti Serena Safari Camp, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset in Serengeti.


Day 13: Serengeti National Park Full-Day Adventure

You will enjoy an early breakfast and set off on our wildlife-viewing drive at about 6:30 am. You will have 6 to 7 hours to explore this incredible park. The Serengeti is the habitat for an abundance of wildlife, such as impalas, buffalos, crocodiles, and hippos, but is more well-known for its great migrating herds of zebras (two hundred and fifty thousand), wildebeest (one and a half million!), and antelopes (half a million). The animals’ trek is determined by the rainfall and varies from year to year. Apart from the migrating herds, you may see predators, such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions plying their rough trade.


Day 14: Fascinating Experience at Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you’ll depart for the Serengeti. You’ll enjoy lunch in a suitable place inside the park. The rest of the afternoon will be spent on a game drive before you make your way to the camp. You will spend the second day on a full-day game drive.


Day 15: Serengeti to Nairobi via Isebania Border

You will wake up very early, for breakfast before departing to Nairobi. You'll enjoy the early morning game drives, and fascinating rolling plains in Tanzania and Kenya. You'll visit curio shops to buy souvenirs en route to Nairobi. Share your experiences as you enjoy the last part of your journey. You will arrive in Nairobi by evening and get ready for your journey back home.
